  • Spearheaded race data analysis, video analysis, and season planning, optimizing training strategies for peak championship performance.

  • Key contributor to nationally ranked recruiting classes, securing top-3 classes in 2023 and 2024 and attracting elite talent to Texas.

  • Established a nationally recognized team culture, fostering a high-performance environment known for fun, resilience, and team support, directly impacting Texas’ sustained success at the NCAA level.

  • Designed and implemented team development programs, including:

    • Speaker Series: Bringing in experts to inspire and educate the team.

    • Annual Goal Retreats (September & January): Helping athletes set performance and personal development goals.

    • Season Themes & Team Standards: Creating a unified mindset and identity for each year’s team.

  • Provided mentorship and holistic athlete development, meeting with swimmers regularly to enhance mental toughness, leadership, and personal growth beyond the pool.


USA Swimming I National Team (July 2015 - May 2020)

National Junior Team Director

As National Junior Team Director primary role has been to identify, support and cultivate future Olympians. Built strong relationships and worked in conjunction with the USA Swimming High Performance Staff and United States Olympic Committee practitioners (for Sports Psychology, Nutrition, Strength & Conditioning and Sport Psychotherapist for Sleep). Consulted for the world’s best coaches. Created a world leading support and developmental system to maintain the USA’s position as the world’s most dominant swimming nation.

Team Performance: 15 team records established from 2008-2010 •Three Atlantic-10 Individual Championship Titles • Combined team GPA ranked 6th in the country (Women: 3.43, Men: 3.31) in 2009 (women 4th in 2010)
